Flat Fee: A nominal shipping charge of $4.90 applies worldwide for orders under $100, ensuring transparency and ease in your purchase process.

Free Shipping: To express our gratitude for your significant purchases, we provide complimentary shipping on all orders above $100.

What if my order is damaged upon arrival?

If your item arrives damaged, please report this to us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

From where will my order be shipped?

Your order's journey begins at the most convenient point for swift delivery. For apparel and wall art, we dispatch from either our EU or US warehouse, depending on your location. As for sculptures, they are shipped directly from their respective artisan workshops, which are situated in various locations across the globe, ensuring your piece is crafted and sent with utmost care.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer a 12-hour window from the time of order placement during which you can cancel or make changes to your order. This window is designed to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have the flexibility to adjust your order should your circumstances change. Please note, due to the exclusive nature of our made-to-order products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once this period has passed, except in the case of items arriving damaged.

Are there any customs fees or duties I should be aware of?

Orders shipped to the EU, US, and Canada for apparel and wall art are duty-free. Sculptures and orders outside these regions may incur tariffs or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
