SHIPPING COSTS

Flat Fee: A nominal shipping charge of $4.90 applies worldwide for orders under $100, ensuring transparency and ease in your purchase process.

Free Shipping: We provide complimentary shipping on all orders above $100.

PROCESSING TIMES

Apparel: 3-5 business days

Wall Art: 6-10 business days

Sculptures: 2-4 weeks

Please note that these times are indicative of the period required to prepare your items for shipping and do not include transit times.

EU, US, Canada: 2-5 business days

Rest of World: 7-15 business days

Sculptures:

Worldwide shipping takes 12-20 business days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Duty-Free Regions: For customers in the US, Canada, and the EU, all apparel and wall art orders are duty-free, ensuring a seamless shopping experience without additional customs fees. However, sculptures may incur tariffs due to their size and value.

Other Countries: Customers ordering from countries outside the US, Canada, and the EU are responsible for any customs fees and taxes associated with their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

Rejected Packages: If an international package is rejected due to non-payment of customs fees and returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund for your order. The customer is responsible for the costs of the reshipment. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment on our website through the provided tracking link.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is crucial that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Glorious Embrace is not responsible for shipments that are misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the costs of the reshipment. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance. In cases where the package is lost due to carrier error, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

If an order has not been delivered within 90 days from the date of placing the order, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
